Multiple flooring transition and joint assemblies bear on a cast-in-place concrete slab. The first condition features resinous flooring meeting a carpet tile or walkoff mat secured with a stainless steel Schluter Vinpro-U transition anchor sealed to the concrete for water resistance. The second condition shows resilient tile flooring meeting a concrete floor with a scheduled top coating finish, similarly secured with a stainless steel transition anchor. The third condition details epoxy terrazzo and scheduled tile bedded in a thinset mortar over a bonding agent, separated by a one-quarter-inch aluminum divider strip and backer rod with sealant over the concrete slab.
