A two-by-eight wood curb rises a minimum of ten inches above the roof deck. A fiber cant strip with a minimum of three-inch legs is nailed to the curb at twelve inches on center. A one-half to twelve tapered perlite cricket diverts water away from the curb. The cricket has a slope of minimum one-half to twelve and a minimum two-inch height at the ridge.
