A galvanized formed steel louver assembly is set within an opening in a concrete wall panel and bedded with shims as required. Sealant over a backing rod seals both the interior and exterior perimeters of the louver frame. A one-inch disposable filter is set inside a sixteen-gauge galvanized frame assembly attached to the backside of the louver, accompanied by zero-point-zero-sixty galvanized blank-off panels around the perimeter to seal unfiltered areas. A one-half-inch mesh removable bird screen constructed of nineteen-gauge zinc-coated wire is mounted on the exterior side.
