This assembly features a four-inch by twelve-inch hollow structural section tube steel stringer supporting stair treads with two-inch concrete infill. The landing consists of a concrete slab on one and one-half-inch metal deck, finished with a scheduled floor material. A steel closure angle is provided at the landing edge. All cut and exposed ends of the steel are capped with a steel plate, welded to the stringer, and ground smooth. Structural connections for the stringer and its support are indicated to be sized per structural drawings.
