A one-and-a-half-inch diameter hand rail is mounted to a rail post anchored on a concrete stair on grade. The top of the handrail is positioned three feet above the stair nosing. Vertical and horizontal dimensions establish a one-foot horizontal offset and specified heights from the landing and stair profiles.
