This isometric roof detail shows a single-ply sixty mil TPO membrane mechanically attached over a one-quarter inch DensDeck cover board. Multiple layers of polyisocyanurate rigid insulation boards sit beneath the cover board, with thicknesses and board counts sized per the roof plans. A structural roof deck supports the entire assembly from below. Multi-layer polyisocyanurate insulation boards must be staggered so that joints on one layer do not align with joints in another layer.
