This metal stair tread assembly utilizes an MC 12 x 10.6 channel stringer supporting an open grating stair tread and landing. A one-half-inch diameter standard pipe railing is welded to the stringer with a one-quarter-inch fillet weld typically. The stair treads feature a two-inch wide contrasting nosing located one inch from the edge of the stair tread with a one-inch radius nosing typically. Connections include three-sixteenths-inch by two-inch welds at six inches on center.
