An exterior wall section shows the transition joint between an aluminum composite material panel and an exterior plaster finish. The ACM panel assembly ties back to substrate framing with continuous water-resistive barriers and sub-framing components. A three-quarter-inch joint separates the upper ACM panel cladding from the lower exterior plaster system. Flashing and joint sealants manage moisture migration at the horizontal intersection point.
