A galvanized one-and-a-half-inch diameter standard steel pipe guardrail mounts to a concrete retaining wall or mat slab. The railing posts are spaced at four feet on center maximum with a height of three feet above grade. The base of the post secures to a steel embed plate cast flush into the concrete substrate. Additional connection and structural requirements are referenced to the structural drawings.
