A pipe penetrates through a roof assembly with securely fastened insulation and a mechanically attached Sarnafil S327 membrane. Sarnafil base flashing is hot-air welded to the membrane and secured at the base with Sarnafasteners and Sarnadiscs, spaced at a minimum height of 206 millimeters or 8 inches. The top of the flashing is clamped tightly around the pipe using a stainless steel hose clamp and sealed with Sarnafil sealant maintaining a minimum clearance of 25 millimeters or 1 inch above the clamp.
