A nineteen-millimeter diameter stainless steel U-bar is welded to a cap plate atop a galvanized hollow structural section tubing penetration. A watertight cap seals the top of the hollow structural section tubing with a stainless steel clamping ring securing the flashing. The roofing membrane extends up the sleeve typically, with a flashing flange of minimum one hundred millimeters set in compatible sealant. The structural connection is coordinated with the structural drawings.
