Metal stud framing supports 5/8 inch exterior gypsum sheathing finished with a fluid applied air water barrier. Adhered continuous expanded polystyrene insulation is secured with adhesive basecoat. Reinforcing mesh and corner mesh are embedded in the base coat per manufacturer recommendations.
