An as-cast formed concrete substrate supports a scheduled door within a cast concrete door frame. An automatic door bottom is integrated into the door panel above a metal threshold. The threshold transitions between a carpet tile or walk-off mat on one side and resilient tile flooring on the other. A transition strip matches the adjacent wall base finish.
