A one-by-two-inch steel post supports a one-half-by-two-inch steel top rail and two intermediate horizontal flat bars. The post connects to a concrete landing using two quarter-inch-thick three-by-three-inch steel angles secured by half-inch diameter epoxy wedge anchors. The assembly provides a thirty-six-inch high handrail with stacked horizontal rails spaced ten and three-quarter inches and eleven inches apart.
