Three and five-eighths inch metal framing supports a three-quarter inch fire-treated plywood or approved non-combustible substrate. A weather-resistant barrier is applied over the substrate, followed by a Mitsubishi Alpolic AGT Grey aluminum composite material fascia panel installed per manufacturer specifications. The soffit features a Firestone Cityscape flush reveal system and a perforated soffit vent with an integrated bug screen. Components are mechanically fastened to the metal framing to maintain the exterior finish and ventilation requirements.
