A soft metal pipe flashing is rolled into the vent stack and extends over the single-ply membrane roofing. The four-inch flashing flange is primed and set in mastic over the roof membrane, with sealant applied at the joint. The roof assembly consists of continuous insulation and metal decking sized per structural requirements. All roofing terminations must follow manufacturer specifications to maintain warranty requirements.
