An exterior wall assembly consists of a tilt-up concrete wall with an exterior finish of one-half-inch Alumaboard metal panels featuring a wood texture look. The panels are installed over a vapor barrier and five-eighths-inch plywood sheathing supported by three-and-five-eighths-inch metal studs, with shim space provided as needed. The interior side features a light-gauge framed wall with continuous insulation sized per the schedule on sheet G001 and finished with five-eighths-inch gypsum board.
