A suspended gypsum board ceiling terminates at a perimeter wall with a supporting angle fastened to each stud using a number 10 sheet metal screw. The main runner is supported by hanger wires spaced a maximum of eight inches from the wall. The wire connection consists of two strands of 18-gauge wire or one strand of 16-gauge wire, saddle tied.
