The exterior assembly consists of flat metal panels MP-1 mounted over a weather-resistive barrier and exterior sheathing. Cold-formed steel stud framing is spaced sixteen inches on center with blocking provided as required. A waterproof flashing membrane is applied at all water-resistive barrier penetrations. Dimensions measure nine inches from the grid line to the face of framing on each side.
