The roof assembly is sloped at one-quarter inch per foot minimum and topped with a roofing membrane over R-20 minimum rigid insulation. A metal edge flashing ties into the membrane and overhangs a gutter sized per architecture, maintaining a one-inch vertical clearance and a half-inch gap. A self-adhering membrane high-temperature underlayment and roof vapor barrier provide weather sealing at the parapet transition. The exterior wall features furring, siding per elevation, and primary weather-resistive barrier over R-20 minimum spray foam insulation and framing per architecture.
