Two typical planter island configurations comprise one layout without a gutter and one with a gutter. Both layouts feature a twelve-inch wide curb face at the end and six-inch curb faces along the sides with a minimum width of five feet. Top of curb elevations and flow line elevations are set per plan. An eight-inch curb face is specified where the gutter occurs.
