A 4 inches by 4 inches by 3/8-inch by 6 feet 0 inches long steel angle is anchored into the edge of a concrete member with 3/4-inch diameter by 0 feet 6 inches long anchor bolts spaced at 12 inches on center. The structural steel angle is set flush with the top and outer face of the concrete edge, secured by deformed hook anchor bolts extending into the concrete core.
