A structural steel angle attaches to a steel embed plate cast into the concrete slab edge to support the top metal stair landing. Metal stair treads and landings connect to the angle assembly with dimensions varying up to 3 and 1/2 inches from the slab edge. A handrail mounts adjacent to the stair run above the landing.
