An exterior door threshold assembly features a concrete floor slab sloping down one half inch from the finish floor elevation at twenty-four inches away from the door. A hollow metal door frame is set with the door frame extending one inch below the finish floor. A tooled edge with a sweep is provided at all exterior doors with a maximum one quarter inch clearance. A one half inch expansion joint is located at the exterior concrete apron per the site plan.
