Thin-set porcelain tile flooring is installed over a concrete floor slab, terminating at a door threshold with a one-quarter-inch aluminum Schluter ramp transition strip. The transition strip sits at the centerline of the door and provides a smooth slope down to the bare concrete floor finish. Doors and specific locations are coordinated per the door schedule and reference floor plan.
