A vertical pipe penetrates a concrete structural slab topped with air vapor barrier, insulation sloped to drain at one-quarter inch per foot minimum, roof coverboard, and an SBS modified bituminous roofing system. Liquid-applied PMMA flashing extends up the pipe base and integrates with the roof membrane. A stainless steel umbrella flashing secures over the liquid flashing with a stainless steel draw band. A cap is welded watertight to the top of the pipe with sealant over a bond breaker sloped to drain.
