A reinforced concrete mow strip measures twelve inches wide by six inches deep, set flush with the finished grade over compacted fill or undisturbed soil. A single continuous number four epoxy-coated rebar runs longitudinally through the center of the concrete section. All exposed edges feature a typical one-quarter inch radius finish, and the top surface receives a light broom finish.
