A seven-inch maximum diameter opening accommodates a four-inch Schedule-five steel pipe, a four-inch conduit, or a three-inch copper tubing penetrating a framed gypsum wall assembly. The annular space is sealed with Proform Quick-Set FS-nine-zero firestop compound. Internal wall cavities contain batt insulation between metal or wood studs. Approved conduit types include metal pipe and conduit under UL number W-L-one-thousand-one, insulated cable under UL number W-L-three-thousand-one, and metal-clad cable under UL number W-L-one-thousand-seventeen.
