A stair handrail and guardrail assembly constructed with 1-1/2 inch outside diameter Schedule 40 pipe with a Carbo-Zinc coating and finish coat. The bottom landing post is welded directly to the stair stringer, which is sized per structural drawings. The railing stands at a minimum height of 2 feet 10 inches at the bottom landing and top landing, with a contrasting strip applied to full treads. Welds are sized at 1/4 inch with specified minimum clearances.
