A roof curb waterproofed with a continuous sheet of reinforced membrane wrapped over the curb and secured with a seam fastening plate at the deck. Rigid insulation is installed beneath the roof membrane, and a metal cap or counter flashing is fastened at twelve inches on center along the top of the curb. Cut-edge sealant is applied along the membrane termination, and outside corners are detailed to maintain continuous weather protection.
