Ten-inch cold-formed metal stud framing forms the core of the partition wall. The interior side receives five-eighths-inch gypsum board finished per the finish schedule. The exterior side is clad with one-half-inch gypsum sheathing. Sound attenuation batt insulation fills the interior cavity between the studs.
