A hollow metal door frame constructed from sixteen-gauge cold-rolled steel is installed beneath a concrete tilt-up panel with a three-quarter-inch typical chamfer at the corner. The frame is anchored using wire tee frame anchors spaced at thirty-two inches on center. A metal drip shield is installed at the head and painted to match the door frame. A typical caulk joint seals the interface between the concrete panel and the door frame assembly.
