An L 4x4x3/8 angle is anchored to a concrete wall using a 3/8-inch steel plate connected with 5/8-inch diameter bolts spaced at 24 inches on center typical on two sides. A 5/8-inch diameter by 4-inch embed anchor bolt at 24 inches on center secures the plate to the concrete wall. A 1/4-inch maximum clearance is maintained at the concrete wall interface.
