A floor-mounted ladder is secured to a scheduled concrete wall using L4x4 steel angles anchored overhead. The ladder features two 2 1/2-inch by 1/2-inch vertical rails tied together by 3/4-inch diameter rungs featuring a non-slip surface. Three-eighths-inch thick by 4-inch high plates are spaced at 48 inches on center and welded to the rails. The overall width between rail centers measures 1 foot 6 inches.
