A concrete equipment support curb sits atop a structural concrete slab and metal roof deck. A neoprene pad bears on top of the curb beneath equipment, and the top surface slopes one-quarter inch per foot minimum toward the edge. A waterproof traffic coating covers the exterior horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces. Galvanized sheet metal flashing and counterflashing engage a concrete reglet using a Fry Reglet Springlok flashing system with a CO concrete reglet.
