Tack panels are secured to the partition or furring wall using the manufacturer's recommended adhesive. One-eighth-inch aluminum J-channels enclose exposed panel edges typically. Fasteners such as number six sheet metal screws secure each vertical stud as required. The partition meets the floor finish where scheduled, transitioning with a wall base.
