Pre-molded PVC inside and outside corners are adhered in place over a PVC base sheet and field sheet membrane. Mechanical fasteners and plates are spaced at a maximum of 12 inches on center typically. An adhered splice secures the overlapping membrane layers. A one-and-a-half-inch minimum continuous weld is applied typically at the substrate junctions.
