An exterior metal fascia and flashing system is installed atop a concrete exterior wall. Eight-inch steel studs are anchored directly to the concrete wall and sheathed with a Dens Deck or approved equal substrate. The assembly is finished with a twenty-gauge metal fascia in PAC-CLAD Midnight Bronze over a metal flashing system with caulked joints. A separate metal flashing wraps the top of the concrete wall with a minimum six-inch lap.
