A continuous steel angle ledger connects directly to a precast concrete wall panel to support framing members. A continuous hollow structural section measuring 3 inches by 2 inches spans across the assembly underneath the sheathing. A steel bar joist, sized per the roof framing plan, bears beneath the framing with an associated nailer and strap detail. An 18-gauge, 2-inch wide galvanized continuous strap fastens on top of the plywood with two rows of boundary screws. Field welds secure the steel components with specified sizes indicated on the drawing.
