An insulated metal panel attaches to a two-by-six hollow structural section panel frame using panel clips and fasteners. The frame mechanically attaches to an embedded steel angle cast into the adjacent concrete wall. Neoprene gaskets between the hollow structural section and the embedded angle provide a thermal break and seal. A jamb trim piece secures to the panel edge with rivets, and sealant at the junction between the trim and the concrete face ensures a weather-tight seal. The hollow structural section frame includes a threaded hole for the mechanical attachment bolt.
