A coiling door jamb and track assembly ties back to six-inch twelve-gauge metal studs faced with five-eighths-inch gypsum board. The jamb finishes with a stainless steel wrap and features a two-inch clearance zone. Adjacent precast concrete panels connect using steel plates welded to steel angles. A hollow metal frame is grouted solid with sealant applied on each side.
