A roof drain penetrates through a concrete tilt-up wall with outlet conditions positioned above the slab or under the slab. The pipe penetrates the concrete wall with all around sealant, while the interior pipe is cut flush with the wall, sacked, patched, and caulked around the pipe as required. The exterior piping slopes at one-eighth inch per foot minimum, with finish grade or surface positioned six inches minimum above the lower penetration. Condition B terminates at the face of the wall at truckyard locations with an eighteen inch dimension, and a splashblock or concrete hardscape is provided at the overflow outlet per site plans.
