An outside corner detail for insulated metal panels featuring outside and inside corner trim connected to horizontal supports. Foam-in-place insulation is placed as required behind the panels. The assembly is secured using 1/4"-14 low profile through fasteners with 1-1/8" bonded washers for wind load resistance, alongside 3/4" Phillips pan head screws spaced at 8 inches on center through attachment clips. Pop rivets spaced at 8 inches on center and continuous butyl tape and sealant are applied at joints to maintain weather tightness.
