Three-inch metal stud framing supports sound attenuation batt insulation within the wall cavity. Each side of the partition is faced with five-eighths-inch gypsum wall board, with a one-inch Type-X gypsum wall board assembly applied. Stud spacing is coordinated per the structural drawings, and wall finishes are scheduled separately on the interior elevations.
