A pipe penetration extends through the roof sheathing and framing supported per structural plans, maintaining a minimum eight-inch height above the roof finish. Single-ply roofing is installed on the roof assembly per the manufacturer's specifications. Flashing extends up the pipe base, secured with a stainless steel screw clamp and sealed with all-purpose sealant at the top edge.
