A vehicle clearance bar is suspended beneath the Level 2 concrete floor slab and framing. The assembly features a hanging steel member connected to a mounting plate anchored into the concrete structure above, positioned to set the bottom of the hollow structural section at an elevation of 8 feet 2 inches. A note requires coordination with any security gates to avoid conflicts with the clearance bar.
