This wall section details a concrete masonry unit wall assembly intersecting a structural slab at Level 6. The exterior finish consists of an elastomeric coating over portland cement plaster with reinforcing lath, supported by a 1/4-inch drainage mat and 2 1/2-inch insulation. The interior features gypsum sheathing backed by 3 1/2-inch insulation. A control joint is integrated into the exterior cement plaster finish at the slab intersection.
