An exterior glazed thermally broken aluminum frame supports insulated glass units at the head condition below a concrete wall panel. The concrete panel features a continuous drip edge and a three-quarter-inch by two-and-a-half-inch relief profile. Continuous closed-cell backer rod and sealant fill the joints on both sides between the concrete panel and the top of the aluminum storefront or curtain wall frame.
