This roof drain assembly integrates tapered rigid insulation and a reinforced membrane over structural roof sheathing. A roof drain fixture is installed per manufacturer specifications with appropriate sealant at the flange. Tapered rigid insulation forms a drainage sump around the drain basin, sloping less than three inches to one horizontal foot.
