A preformed pipe flashing membrane fits snugly over a plumbing penetration rising through the roof assembly. The base of the membrane extends horizontally over the roof membrane and is secured with cut edge sealant at its perimeter. A drawband clamps the upper collar of the flashing membrane tightly against the pipe penetration. Sealant is applied along the top edge of the flashing membrane to prevent moisture infiltration.
